We’ve Got Team Spirit

Growth and Harmony was founded in 1976 by Sifu Michael Garvey who through the years since has built a warm friendly club with a clear attitude towards training and those we train with. Some of the key aspects of our training is the “attitude of humility, self respect and training without anger.”

Sifu Michael has developed his own brand of Wing Chun known as "Yongjia." We focus on practical use and at the same time enjoy our training.

​

We are a Wing Chun Kung Fu club located in Ilford, Essex. We also offer private Wing Chun classes across Essex and East London. 

​

Our classes run every Monday at 8pm-9pm and are open to those of all levels of martial arts experience and fitness. We also offer private lessons. 

​

Kids and Adults welcome. 

​

Prices are £5 per lesson for Kids or £7 per lesson for Adults with discounts when paid monthly.
